The cao does not regulate probation, the law applies: no probation for a contract of 6 months or less, 1 month for a contract shorter than 2 years and 2 months for 2 years or longer or a permanent contract. No new probation for a new contract for the same work.
At most 3 in 36 months, with a break of at most 6 months, as in the law. The cao does not deviate from this. According to the cao, employers and unions aim for 90% permanent contracts in the VVT.
The law applies: 1 month for the employee, 1 to 4 months for the employer depending on the length of service. Notice is as a rule given to the first of the month. From function group 65 a longer period of up to 3 months may be agreed in a specialist job (article 2.3).
