Frequently asked questions
No probation for a contract of 6 months or less. For a fixed-term contract shorter than 2 years at most 1 month, for 2 years or longer and for a permanent contract at most 2 months. In writing and the same for both (article 3.3).
For a permanent contract 4 months for the employer and 2 months for the employee. For a fixed-term contract that can be ended early 2 months and 1 month. After state pension age 1 month. Notice is in writing, to the end of a calendar month. Another agreement is allowed, but the employer then always has twice as long as the employee (article 3.5).
At most 3 in 36 months, with a break of at most 6 months, as in the law. For a contract for training as a triagist, nurse specialist or physician assistant the chain rule does not apply (article 3.2).
The cao has models for a fixed-term and a permanent contract (annexes 1 and 2). Include the job, the function level and salary scale, the working hours and the salary. Our contract follows that structure.
