Frequently asked questions
By 1% from 1 November 2025, 3.5% from 1 March 2026 and 1.5% from 1 January 2027, on the scales and on the wages themselves. Scale 5, step 3 went from €17.26 to €17.86 and becomes €18.13 an hour.
Scale 1 and the lowest steps of scale 2 follow the minimum wage. That rose on 1 July 2026. The July table is the March table with the new minimum wage. Nothing changes for the other scales.
The four-week wage is the hourly wage times 152. The monthly wage is the four-week wage times 13 divided by 12, so the hourly wage times 164.67. Part time in proportion to the hours.
