Frequently asked questions
As in the law: no probation for a contract of 6 months or less, 1 month for a contract up to 2 years and 2 months for 2 years or longer or a permanent contract. The probation must be in writing (article 6).
At most 3 in 36 months, with a break of at most 6 months. The cao has no chain rule of its own, so the law applies.
For the employee 1 month, for the employer 1 to 4 months, depending on the length of service. Notice can only be given to the first day of a month (article 47).
