Frequently asked questions
For a contract of 6 months or more at least one month before the end, in writing, and on which terms. That is in the law. Late costs compensation up to one month's wage.
After every full year on a step, in continuous service, automatically, up to the top of the scale. The higher wage starts from the next pay period (article 12). No appraisal is needed.
The cao has no repayment scheme, so the law applies. Training needed for the job you always pay yourself. For other training only if you agree repayment in writing beforehand. Our letter proposes 100% within 1 year, 50% within 2 years and 25% within 3 years.
Dismissal by the employer and a settlement agreement have major legal consequences. Our lawyers prefer to help you with that directly.
