Frequently asked questions
From 1 March 2027 €115 a month is added, or €105.77 per four weeks. The table from 1 March 2027 is already in the cao.
Column A at 0 function years and the youth wages in column A are the statutory minimum wage. It rises on 1 January and 1 July. We use the current minimum wage.
The table applies to 38 hours a week. For fewer hours the employee gets the salary in proportion. At 30 hours that is 30/38 of the table amount.
The age at the start of the BBL decides the table. After that the salary rises per completed training year, not per age. After the diploma the employee moves to the normal table, with 0 function years.
It is a good estimate: with the payroll tax credit, under state pension age and after the employee's PMT pension contribution. For an exact calculation use the gross to net calculator.
